1. Artwork Production Management
Overseeing the daily operations and strategic growth of a diverse team of graphic designers and production artists. I fostered a culture of speed and accuracy, balancing heavy seasonal workloads with ongoing technical training. I implemented scalable design systems that allowed the team to handle mass customization orders for sports leagues while maintaining the highest quality of sublimation print detail.
2. Team Leadership
Leading a dedicated team of creatives in the high-volume production of custom sports apparel. I bridge the gap between creative concept and manufacturing, overseeing the full lifecycle of dye-sublimation designs—from initial 3D mockups to final print-ready pattern files. I provide technical mentorship on pattern grading and color matching while managing daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
3. Sports Apparel Design
Translating high-level creative concepts from top-tier athletic brands into manufacturing-ready realities. I specialized in the technical execution of performance apparel, creating detailed tech packs and BOMs (Bill of Materials) that ensure factory precision. My role prioritized brand consistency, managing complex artwork placements, and optimizing files for screen print, heat transfer, and sublimation across global product lines
