Every design I create is rooted in curiosity, storytelling, and a love for visual detail. What started as a passion for colors and composition has grown into a career shaping brands and bringing ideas to life through art direction, visual identity, and motion design. Along the way, I’ve learned that great design doesn’t just look good — it feels right, connects deeply, and communicates clearly. This space is a glimpse into my journey, the work I love, and the creativity that drives me forward.

My Journey So Far

1. Graphic Designer

2012-2013

Joined Wiltech Signs and Graphics to execute diverse design projects ranging from custom digital illustrations to large-scale environmental graphics and signage.

2. Graphic Designer and Production Management

2013-2015

I joined Be Identified Creative Solutions to lead apparel design initiatives, simultaneously managing screen printing production and driving brand growth through social media management.

3. Graphic Designer

2015-2018

I joined Quickstrike Innovations as a Graphic Designer specializing in sports apparel sublimation design. I handled multiple apparel production from designs to print files, color proofing and production assembly coordination and standard creation across multiple sports within international standards.

4. Team Leader and Graphic Designer

2018 - 2024

Following a promotion to Team Leader, I took on the responsibility of guiding and developing our junior graphic artists. In addition to team mentorship, I managed several brands within the sublimation and manufacturing space. To drive efficiency, I established clear brand standards and created workflow presets that simplified daily tasks, ultimately strengthening our team dynamics and streamlining our entire production pipeline.

5. Artwork Production Manager

2024-Current

Subsequently promoted to Art Production Manager to spearhead creative direction and artwork production planning for international garment factories across Asia and America. Formulated and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and department-wide Standard Production Instructions (SPI) to automate operations, balance workloads, and introduce centralized visibility tools for leadership. Cultivated a high-performing team by conducting targeted training programs and driving continuous process improvements.
